At Femina Baby everything we do is based on the philosophy that effective teamwork produces the best results for our patients. 

Our passion is to provide excellent care for every woman and work closely with other health professionals to achieve the best outcomes. We firmly believe that GPs often know their patients the best and are in a unique position to help facilitate this.

Timely copies of our clinic letters will be sent to you, usually the same day, and you will be kept up to date regarding any clinical developments.

Femina Baby provides full antenatal and delivery care for women here in Christchurch and the wider Canterbury area.

As a GP you can refer patients to us on ERMS or they can book direct or be referred to us via their midwife.

If you have a patient with any gynaecological needs our Femina Health team are here to help. We prefer GP referral for this service and again this can be done through ERMS.  On occasion we may see a patient who has not been referred to us via their GP and if this situation arises we will contact you as soon as possible.

CME for GPs

We aim to run regular GP CME events at our rooms and are open to any suggestions for topics you would like covered – please get in touch via our contact page. 

The team are also happy to come and talk at your clinic education meetings or to peer groups etc. Please contact us if this is something you would like to discuss further with us.
