At Femina Baby everything we do is based on the philosophy that effective teamwork produces the best results for our patients.

We are passionate about fostering good relationships with midwives here in Christchurch, both LMC’s working in the community and core midwives providing hospital based care.

Femina Baby aims to complement the care you provide, not replace it, and we are confident that you will enjoy working alongside us.

To facilitate this you are always welcome to attend appointments with your clients if they would like you to. Timely copies of our clinic letters will be sent to you, usually the same day, and you will be kept up to date regarding any clinical developments.

We are happy for you to contact us at any time if you wish to find out more about our antenatal and delivery services, or need support or advice.  You may refer women to us for care, or they can book direct.

If you have a client who you think may need to be seen by a gynaecologist our Femina Health team can help. We prefer GP referral for this service. 

We have a dedicated phone number for midwife use only if you have a client under our care. This will connect you straight away to our on call specialist if you need us urgently at any time.
